The market on fresh and frozen 8-16 lb. hens and 16-24 lb. toms is steady with a 
steady to firm undertone. November fresh demand moderate to good. Frozen demand light 
to moderate, mostly light. Fresh offerings light to moderate. Frozen processor 
offerings of Grade A 8-16 lb. hens and 16-24 lb. toms light at best. Frozen 2020 
Grade A basted equivalent processor offering prices on a national basis for 8-16 lb. 
hens are 108.00-115.00 cents FOB and 16-24 lb. toms 108.00-114.00 cents FOB for 
current deliveries. Trading slow on frozen basted equivalent 8-16 lb. hens 111 cents 
FOB for current shipments.

The market on fresh tom breast meat and destrapped tenderloins is steady, frozen tom 
breast meat steady to instances weak, frozen destrapped tenderloins and scapula 
steady to weak, balance of fresh and frozen white trims steady. Fresh tom breast meat 
demand moderate to instances good, balance of fresh white meat and trims light to 
moderate. Frozen demand slow. Fresh tom breast meat offerings short of needs to 
moderate, balance of fresh mostly moderate. Frozen offerings light to heavy, mostly 
moderate. The consumer sized 4-8 lb. breast market is steady to firm. Demand light. 
Offerings short of needs. The market on institutional sized bone-in breasts is 
steady. Demand light. Offerings mostly moderate. The market on tom bulk parts is 
steady to weak, mostly steady. The tails market is steady to firm. Demand light to 
moderate. Tom bulk parts offerings uneven, mostly moderate. Tail offerings light at 
best. The hen bulk parts markets are steady to firm, mostly steady. Demand light to
